**About the Role**
You will be responsible for assisting the day-to-day operations of the local clinic and campus. This a face-to-face role which incorporates client management, reception/banking duties, campus-based event coordination and delivery, student/staff training and inductions, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging clinical and campus environment to support the student and staff experience.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Clinic reception and front desk support (as required)
- Student pre-clinic compliance management (i.e. first aid)
- Student support and training on Wellnation/clinic systems and reception duties
- Clinic client booking support
- Support campus tours and deliver campus events
- Provision of staff and student on-campus support (security/access, parking, facilities)
- External contractor liaison (i.e. security, maintenance)
- Provide administrative support to Clinic & Operations Manager
- Support Clinic & Operations Manager in campus operational tasks, such as WHS inductions
- Secure document management - archiving management only
**About you**
- Relevant experience in similar customer-focused/administration roles
- Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
- Team player who takes pride in their work and has an innate desire to drive growth and improvement
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to review processes and continually strive for excellence and look at opportunities to improve
- Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems as required
