Are you a proactive communicator who loves seeing a project through from start to finish? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team, helping bridge the gap between our customers, creators, and in-house marketing crew.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Outreach & Coordination**: Contact and liaise with customers, content creators, and influencers to communicate brief requirements and timelines.
- **Project Follow-up**: Own the process from initial outreach to final content delivery—ensuring assets are on-brand, on-time, and ready for use.
- **Content Support**: Assist the marketing team in planning and coordinating photo and video shoots (including scheduling, locations, and logistics).
- **Production Prep**: Help with props, scene setup, and shoot-day support.
- **Logistics**: Assist with local deliveries, pickups, and gear organisation to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Great communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Strong organisation and follow-through—you keep things moving.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creators, marketing, and warehouse/logistics teams.
- Driver’s licence preferred (for handling local tasks).
- Bonus: Experience in content marketing, influencer coordination, or production planning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
