Paramount Liquor is a large family owned Australian FMCG business with a national footprint working with leading international and local brands. As a major player, we are looking for an ambitious, self-driven individual to join our high performing Supplier Engagement team

We are searching for an experienced Business Manager to join our team and partner with our existing Suppliers whilst sourcing opportunities within current market trends for new Suppliers. Their primary purpose is to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners, communicating on behalf of the business, assist with contracts and negotiations that will benefit the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Proactively source new products to build our portfolio of offering to our Customers
- Research, evaluate and build relationships with existing and potential suppliers
- Supporting the business' commercial objectives per state for marketing partners
- Building & developing commercial business plans in collaboration with respective suppliers across multiple categories
- Using historic sales data, market research and future growth projections to understand buying behaviour and customer needs, in order to interpret and understand buying plans with suppliers
- Partner with our Marketing & online teams to coordinate and action the overall upload process of products to our website and ensure all products are available to our internal Sales Teams & our Customers
- Creating and populating categories on our company website, again in conjunction with Marketing & Graphic Design teams
- Work with our suppliers and marketing team to promote new products
- Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

About you:

- An inquisitive nature, a forward thinking mindset, with exceptional problem solving ability
- Two years proven, demonstrated experience working with a large portfolio of suppliers
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in our fast-paced environment, whilst working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly. You have experience using Pronto, SAP or similar, and are a Champion of internal systems
- An Excel Wizz
- Highly organised and process-driven
- Strong attention to detail, high accuracy levels

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
