**Your new role**
- Incoming customer calls (coverage & allocation)
- Central Inbox management
- Client Portal maintenance
- Invoice submission to customers
- Invoicing overflow
- Reviewing and resolving service calls, aged jobs
- Resolving debtor issues, credits, disputes
- Raising Credits and CMF forms (Customer maintenance forms)
- Uniform, Stationary ordering
- Purchase Order raising, resolving, and updating
- Archiving
- General office administration
**What you'll need to succeed***
- Ideally Service industry experience
- Strong administration and invoicing experience
**What you'll get in return**
- Free Parking
- Flexible hours working from office - 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 8.30am - 4.30pm
