We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and highly driven
**Campaign Marketing Specialist** to join our dynamic Marketing team on a
**12 months fixed-term contract,** based in Kmart’s National office in Mulgrave.

As a Campaign Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing our Marketing strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the best marketing professionals in the business and play a critical role in delivering high reach trade campaigns.

**What you’ll be doing**:
As a Campaign Marketing Specialist working for Kmart, you will:

- Develop comprehensive campaign briefs in alignment with business strategy and objectives.
- Optimise go to market campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Utilize insights, critical thinking, and learnings to plan and execute marketing activities effectively.
- Review and guide on creative territories.
- Provide clear feedback and direction to creative and media agencies as well as internal teams.
- Actively seek input from key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- Deliver timely and actionable post implementation reviews for campaigns.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and within budget. action pints

**To be successful in this team you will have**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a marketing professional.
- A Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferable.
- Proven experience in campaign management and coordination of marketing communication channels.
- Marketing experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment - retail experience highly regarded.
- Good understanding of the media landscape and ability to interpret media plans.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to critically review creative concepts.
- The ability to influence effectively, be assertive and handle multiple competing demands in an organised manner.
- Demonstrated ability in writing comprehensive marketing briefs and the ability to translate customer insights and business strategy into effective campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with legal and brand compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity and a passion for learning.
