Customer Care Representative

At MFG,our Customer Care team is the heartbeat of our business. Working to provide the best customer experience and driving service through our omni-channel contact centre we love working together and connecting with our customers. Due to internal team growth, we are looking for our next Customer Care Agent to work across our brands including our online business Styletread, Australia's largest online footwear platform. About Your Next Role
We have a Monday to Friday Customer Care team who not only have fun, but love what they do.
About You
- You will have experience in a customer services role (this could be in store, online or even in the air) We love all backgrounds and experience where your customer care skills were key to your success
- You will have well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in a contact centre or similar sales/online support role
- Have high standards and attention to detail
- Demonstrated time management and organisation skills
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills
- Love working in a great team environment
