Placement Lead

**About the role**:
As Placement Lead, you will source local field placement opportunities for Acknowledge Education and build relationships with host organisations to make Acknowledge Education the choice of partner.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Source local field placement opportunities
- Utilise approved script that describes and promotes advantages of AE, its courses, teaching & learning and students
- Gather agency testimonials
- Maintain rapport with host organisations, including regular check-ins
- Obtain complete, accurate data to provide Placement Coordinator
- Understand Agency placements available
- Communicate placement opportunities to Placement Officer
- Ensure student / placement requirements are compliant with ACWA requirements
- Ensure KPI’S are met and are updated on in place
- Maintain the highest level of professional conduct and behaviour in representing Acknowledge Education

**About you**

Proven ability in sourcing placements and relationship building. Your outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels will be key to your success. You will have excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, and complete tasks within specified timeframes.

Excellent report writing skills and experience in using databases & online learning platforms are a must for this role.

Desirable attributes:

- Previous experience working with vocational placement programs in an educational setting.
- Experience in supporting international and multicultural students, with an understanding of the personal and academic challenges relevant to this student cohort.
- Knowledge of in Place, RTO Manager and Moodle
- Experience in a Sales Role achieving KPI’S.
