**About the role**:
As Placement Officer for the Community Services programs, you will be responsible for matching students with placements that will provide them with relevant experience that will prepare them for the workforce. Some of your key tasks will include:
- Screening, matching and placing community services students onto field placement opportunities
- Connecting, engaging, and supporting a diverse range of international students to achieve placement requirements
- Providing clear, trusted, and timely communication with the ability to adapt interpersonal skills
**About you**
Ideally relevant experience or understanding of the welfare sector and experience in using Moodle and/or other relevant student management systems will be highly regarded. You will have the genuine love of operating in a fast paced, growth environment with the proven ability to meet deadlines. You will have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in data entry and the ability to maintain accurate records are a must for this role.
