We are seeking an enthusiastic People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture team working full-time in our Brisbane office.

You will assist in developing, identifying and implementing strategies and programs to support and enhance employee experience, engagement, and performance across all offices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day generalist HR advice and being the point of contact for HR related queries
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, alongside the People & Culture Manager
- Facilitating and actively enhancing employee life cycle processes
- Developing and coordinating the learning and development program for the firm as well as staff development activities
- Working closely with the CFO and People & Culture Manager on firm-wide remuneration programs, assisting with analysing and collating data as well as documentation
- Proactively supporting and coordinating the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Providing guidance on changes to legislative compliance and updating necessary policies and procedures
- Managing workplace health and safety compliance in consultation with the People & Culture Manager
- Maintaining and managing employee data in the payroll system and associated HR programs
- Coordinating secretarial and administrative resourcing support, including leave management and allocation of float secretary
- Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of people data and development of required reports, including monthly Board report
- Playing an integral role in driving people projects and programs
- Assisting with promoting and fostering a positive company culture.

This role has a strong recruitment focus, however, is a fully generalist position.

**Essential Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role or be at Coordinator level looking to take the next step. You will have demonstrated experience in a generalist HR position, facilitating initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

You have a passion for continuous improvement, and you embrace change. Your eye for detail is exceptional as well as your time management, planning and organisational skills. You have a proactive, positive and responsive “can do” approach, with the ability to learn/pick up things quickly. Your stakeholder management is top notch, you have highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with key stakeholders.
