Key Responsibilities:

Partner across teams to scale consistent, globally aligned solutions.

About You
You are a thoughtful and strategic advisor who thrives in complexity and ambiguity. You bring a calm, professional presence to sensitive matters and make sound decisions rooted in policy, legislation, and empathy. You're comfortable working within a shared services model, supporting multiple regions and navigating matrixed structures.

To be successful, you'll need to demonstrate:

Experience managing complex ER cases and navigating sensitive conduct and performance matters.

Expertise in policy interpretation, governance, and process advisory.

Strong capability in injury management and return-to-work coordination.

Proven ability to support organisational change through risk-based advice.

A track record of improving service delivery and internal customer experience.

Comfort with data-driven decision-making and trend analysis.

Experience collaborating across teams in a global or matrixed organisation.

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience managing psychological injury cases.

Certifications such as Return to Work Coordinator Training, Mental Health First Aid, or a Diploma in Work Health and Safety.

Why Join Us?
If you're driven by purpose, thrive in complex and varied work, and want to make a meaningful impact on employee wellbeing and culture, this role offers the chance to grow professionally while contributing to Cochlear's mission of helping people hear and connect.
