The JLL property management team works through the commitment and engagement of the site contractors, building owners, retail tenants and the office tenant. International Towers is currently achieving independently certified world leading sustainability performance in operation following a well-designed and innovative concept for a highly sustainable precinct, this is inclusive or base building and tenancy ratings

**What this opportunity involves**:
The Property Services Manager is a critical role and will see you delivering a high level of operational management, which has seen the team acknowledged as one of the leading teams in Asia-Pacific. You will play a key role in the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures. Key accountabilities include compliance and certification, maintenance and risk management, contractor management, achieving sustainability KPI’s as well as preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets.

**What we are looking for**:
Tertiary qualifications are desirable, but a trade certificate will be favourably considered

Previous experience managing commercial properties is essential, with A-grade or premium assets being advantageous

A demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines

A positive approach to meeting client’s needs whilst managing tenant expectations

The ability to empathise with tenants with a great customer service ethic

Superior communication skills. You can liaise with people at all levels and build relationships with ease

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
