Care Service Employee

**The Role**:Our Merrylands facility is seeking two Part Time Night Care Service Employees:

- 2145-0630hrs: Monday-Wednesday (3 nights per week, 49.50 hours per fortnight)
- 2230-0630hrs: Sunday-Wednesday (4 nights per week, 60 hours per fortnight)

**You will be responsible for**:

- Assisting residents with personal care including showering
- Supporting residents with meals
- Contributing to care planning with registered staff
- Documenting care and services provided to residents
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities

LI-DNI
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Minimum 1 year experience working night shifts in an Aged Care Facility
- Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services
- Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people
- Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.
