The Role: Our Merrylands facility is seeking two Part Time Night Care Service Employees:

  • hrs: Monday-Wednesday (3 nights per week, 49.50 hours per fortnight)
  • hrs: Sunday-Wednesday (4 nights per week, 60 hours per fortnight)

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting residents with personal care including showering
  • Supporting residents with meals
  • Contributing to care planning with registered staff
  • Documenting care and services provided to residents
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities
LI-DNI
  • Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
  • Minimum 1 year experience working night shifts in an Aged Care Facility
  • Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services
  • Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people
  • Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.
