The A digital transformation manager is responsible for delivering modern, technology-driven solutions to support business goals. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and assessing digital transformation strategies while collaborating closely with senior executives, IT teams, and other key stakeholders. They are responsible for partnering with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritise projects based on predefined criteria (e.g., return on investment, productivity, compliance). The Digital Transformation Manager will proactively manage key projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, to budget and deliver against key objectives.

This role serves as a key BizTX point of contact for the business to bring in new ideas and drive adoption of technology.

**Note**:This is a 12 Month fixed term contract role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive and manage the execution of transformation programs, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiencies by technology.
- Perform initial business analysis in conjunction with the Business and BizTX and prepare recommendations and business plans as needed.
- Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management, promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Bring in new ideas and technology innovation to create positive impacts to the organization.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer science, or related fields.
- 10 years of experience in complex project or program management
- Proven records in in SAP, or large-scale ERP and its system Integration Implementation.
- Strong technical skills in Ms. SQL, System Integrations and Database Management.
- Knowledge of e-Commerce, website, digital experiences is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders.
- Strong resilience and agility with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
