**About the role**
The Digital Transformation and Reporting Lead will be responsible for consulting with key stakeholders, along with the extended Digital Innovation leadership team, to establish, track, monitor and analyse key objectives across all digital streams. They will play a pivotal role in influencing and collaborating with stakeholders, to optimise performance through reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- A regular day will see you:

- Developing reporting frameworks for each digital stream
- Reporting on each stream’s performance/KPIs to reduce inefficiencies and drive improvements.
- Optimising processes and resources, including third-party suppliers and expenditure.

Along with your analytical mind, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
