A leading client in the mining industry in WA is seeking an experienced **Software Development Manager **for a permanent role that will be responsible for the team management and leading delivery outcomes for a team of software engineers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Team management of a team of software engineers
- Provide technical oversight of project delivery, skills and tools utilized within the team
- Ensure projects are being delivered to the best technical standards possible
- Work closely with stakeholders, PMO and product design teams
- Respond to critical incidents and customer escalations
- Provide updates regarding projects in progress

**Key experience**:

- Proven, commercial experience in managing a software development team within an enterprise level environment
- The strong ability to lead and mentor a software development team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within an Agile Methodology environment highly regarded
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work with C Level stakeholders
- Relevant industry certifications/ education
