**What You Will Do**:

- Lead the Previso Software development team
- Define priorities and product roadmap with internal and external stakeholders
- Balance project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to achieve long term goals
- Expand cloud functionality and support for integration with other software/services
- Plan and execute short-term tasks through two-week agile sprint cycles
- Assist solution architects in the implementation of the product with new clients
- Handle inbound client support requests, resolving software issues where applicable
- Monitor, detect, and resolve software issues using bug tracking software
- Build testing models in Previso
- Documentation of features and release notes as required
- And other duties as assigned

**What to Bring**:

- Minimum 7 years experience in a software development and/or engineering role along with 3+ years leading a product or development team
- Upstream oil and gas domain experience, preferably within the gas production and processing field
- Mathematical modelling experience, i.e., numerical methods (linear programming, root-finding methods, differentiation, and optimization)
- Scripting language experience, such as Python/LUA
- Good understanding of modern software development practices, such as repository management, CI/CD pipelines, and testing
- Procedural programming experience using Fortran

- Converting requirements into stories and delivering fully tested solutions
- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps
