**A bit about the role**

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our fast-paced Sales and Marketing team based in Perth on a permanent, full-time basis.

You will be responsible for generating sales of our products and developing and managing a strong opportunity pipeline at scale. Proactively seeking opportunities through developing and maintaining market contacts and other activities, you will play a key role in shaping the growth of INX.

Our new Junior Business Development Executive will target new waves of prospects by growing a funnel through marketing activity, identifying problems, proving the technical solution and enhancing value by managing the proposal, negotiations and the closing process.

You will be expected to execute at a high tempo with a methodical approach to detail, sharing information and engaging others to achieve your outcomes. You will be nimble in your approach with your ability to change with the dynamics of your market, to unpack business opportunities by delivering tailored pitches. You are a self-motivated professional with an elevated talent to “work it out and make it happen”.

This role is focused on driving positive business outcomes for our customers. There will be a mix of both high-value brand opportunities, while executing program strategies to secure deals that will exceed account acquisition and target goals.

**We’d like you to have**
- A business or safety-related tertiary qualification is preferable
- Exceptional relationship-building and communications skills
- Previous experience developing sales plans and strategies
- Ability to plan, prioritise and work autonomously
- Resilient, with a can-do attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills
