Our client is a global enterprise providing a broad range of award-winning consumer electronics products. They are currently seeking a National Inventory Analyst to join their team in Sydney Olympic Park NSW.

**Primary Function**:

- Inventory Movement and Location Management in the system
- Inventory Integrity
- System maintenance of all inventories related matters and transactions

**Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management
- Monitor System Inventory Accuracy (Stock Status Report)
- Stock take Discrepancy Reconciliation (Daily+Weekly+ Monthly)
- Stock take Coordination (monthly Cycle + bi-annually)
- Monitor Interface Transactions (resolution of errors)
- New Model QC Coordination
- Analyze and report Damage
- Monitor and Report Aged Inventory
- Stock Adjustment Approval and Processing
- System Grade Change
- Material to Material processing
- Location to Location Transfer processing (SCO)
- Plant to Plant Transfer processing (STO)(Local or Interstate)
- Local and Overseas Insurance administration and claim
- Maintaining incidental cost matrix for accruals (Duty, Insurance, Freight, etc)
- EHCS Monitoring
- Model Master Policing
- Re-Work Coordination
- System Blocking / Reserving of Inventory
- Weights and Measures verification and Maintenance
- Carton Box Management and Forecasting of Carton Requirements
- Manage logistics KPI - Abnormal Ratio, Inventory consistency
- Manage B2B model codes transfer

Additional Responsibility
- Manage unshipped deliver orders and stock issue related including On time GI KPI
- Monthly stock take and location accuracy audit
- Monthly DIMS audit management
- Damage Stock transfer between finished goods and return logistics inspection warehouses
- Manage all damaged stock inspection and final grades
- Damage claims to logistics service provider on monthly basis
- Reverse logistics inventory management
- Lost In transit goods management in virtual location
- Lost in transit goods claims to logistics service provider on monthly basis
- Delivery Futile stock management in all warehouses and local hubs
- Wrong units adjustment (change of models) and relevant financial transaction approval
- Service asset stocks (seed stocks, training, test, giveaway) management
- Urgent end of month stock transaction (requires out of business hours and weekend work required)
- Monitor and manage all system stock movements from 9am - 9pm on normal business days

**Requirements**:

- +2 years administrative and customer service experience, preferably in logistics or transport
- Thorough understanding of import/export process
- Proficient in SAP, thorough knowledge of SAP IM Module
- Proficient in Microsoft Office word. Excel & PowerPoint
- Possess a strong business acumen with ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to build rapport with internal and external contacts
- Self-management and good Team player
- Good verbal communications skills

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
