You will ensure that maximum guest satisfaction is achieved and that the general safety and security of guests, team and the property is maintained at all times.

The main purpose of this role is to provide superior service to our guests making their experience "Exceptional".
- Exceptional service guest skills;
- Providing supervision and support to the front office team and other departments as required;
- High level of professionalism;
- Attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through;
- Proactive and positive outlook with a passion for setting and achieving goals;
- Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

This position is ideal for people that are driven and have a passion for Rooms Division.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Maintain social distancing, all the equipment and surfaces get cleaned and disinfectant on a regular basis.

Ability to commute/relocate:
