**About the opportunity**:
Covering an area across the Northern and Eastern suburbs of Perth metro (including Joondalup, Ellenbrook, Mount Lawley and surrounding suburbs), we are looking to secure an experienced, energetic Business Development/Employer Engagement Manager into the role of Employment Marketing Manager.

To be selected for this role you must be able to network and manage an established employer base, whilst also proactively generating leads, seeking to establish new contacts and networks, and promoting the services provided by our client in order to secure meaningful employment opportunities for job seekers living with disability, injury and illness.

Through proactive community networking, reverse marketing and establishing enduring relationships with key contacts within local employers, you will be responsible for driving business growth and securing new opportunities. You will work closely with the local site and jobseekers to match skills to vacancies, facilitate recruitment processes, and build a network of employers to secure vacancies and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the organisation.

The salary package for this role is very competitive, and includes a company car for private use, and not for profit salary sacrificing.

**To be successful you should have the following skills and experience**:

- Previous experience in Employment Services/Recruitment would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Solid business development, cold calling, reverse marketing experience.
- The ability to develop and implement marketing and employer engagement strategies.
- Self-motivated, energetic and resilient.
- Experienced in Account Management and able to facilitate smooth recruitment processes.
- Be able to build rapport quickly and develop effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders.
- The ability to collaborate with key internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Have proven success in achieving KPIs and targets.
- Good PC skills including MS Suite and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A current Drivers Licence
