Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and warmth
- Provide detailed product knowledge about gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and custom pieces
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and lay-bys with accuracy
- Maintain store displays and ensure products are presented attractively
- Process transactions (cash and EFTPOS) efficiently and accurately
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or jewelry sales experience preferred (but not essential)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling sales, upselling, and closing deals
- Attention to detail and ability to handle valuable items with care
- Well-presented, reliable, and trustworthy
- Available to work weekends and peak shopping periods
