**About our client**:

Aligning closely with the trade industry, our client is seeking a Store Manager who has a strong business acumen with a focus on sales whilst maintaining and building existing client relationships to ensure the continued growth of the company's name.

**What we are looking for**:

- With a proven record of success in a similar leadership role over the years, as a Store Manager you will be required to lead a team of up to 5 staff and will need to be involved on the front line with a sales mindset.
- You will continuously deliver an exceptional customer experience, frequently engaging with tradespeople and trade businesses to secure new and existing customer relationships by going the extra mile.
- You will be responsible achieving KPI's, meeting sales targets and providing ongoing training and support of your team, ensuring they are also delivering an exceptional experience.
- A team player who can manage the day to day operations of the store but also work autonomously when needed. Strong organisational skills and being able to assist in creating a positive and supportive environment and continuous improvement for your team will be pivotal to the success of the business.
- You will need to be able to multitask, prioritise and have exceptional communication skills as well as being able to be physically active throughout the day as manual handling will be involved (up to 32kg)
