Zymus are a small privately owned Australasian based company, with head offices located in Auckland, and subsidiary company based in Sydney. Our company has been a leader in its field for more than 30 years. We are manufacturers, importers and exporters of food ingredients supplying B2B to food & beverage industry throughout Australasia. We transact on an international basis and are well established servicing NZ and AU wide customers.

We are on the lookout for a **Account Manager -** **Sales Representative** who can think on their feet and is a natural problem solver to deliver great results while keeping the customer at the forefront. We are excited to be offering a full-time position working Monday-Friday on our site based in the Inner West of Sydney.

The role requires a professional who has had previous exposures to working in a fast-paced environment in Sales and product development roles. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fun and social team in a company that truly values their staff.

You will need to be a natural people’s person, you will have the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, have a proactive attitude and strong work ethic in ensuring successful outcomes. Your high level of professionalism, positivity, clear communication, and sound listening skills will see you add value to this role.

Ideally you will have 2 - 3 years’ experience in the FMCG industry working with customers and their products, you will be a natural hunter with the drive to win new business and resilience to get you there. An enthusiastic go-getter who works well under pressure will 100% succeed in this role.

You will not only Identify new sales opportunities & ensure a strong pipeline of new business, but you will also help project manage customer’s briefs and concepts to final formulation ready for manufacturing. You will be supported with technical services for new business development opportunities, you will investigate new product trends for customers in the Australasian Food and Beverage Industry to build and expand new business growth.

As part of a small team, from time to time, warehouse assistance may be required including assistance with packing of orders.

- Sound knowledge of the Australian Food and Beverage market

- At times this role requires you to travel regionally for customer visits and to our head office In NZ for training and functions.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
