**What this opportunity involves**:
The Facilities Administrator will support the FM team to manage and maintain premises on a day-to-day basis to support the service delivery functions of client tenants occupying the premises and ensuring compliance with performance expectations. Assisting the Facilities Managers with operational activities in work order management, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.

A snapshot of the role;
Assist with reception duties - always keep reception area clean and tidy and presentable.
Meeting room management and maintenance.
Restock kitchen daily for and ensure supplies are topped up on all levels.
Answer phones, troubleshoot as necessary, direct and redirect.
Receive all incoming visitors and notify staff accordingly.
Contractor/Vendor management - Manage induction and log of all contractors’ information and insurances & SWMS.
Scheduling of contractors as required
Updating and maintenance of all files/processes and reports
Clean kitchen/coffee machine daily and ensure kitchen supplies are topped up on both levels.
