Job Description

- Develop and execute change management strategies to support technology projects.

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.

- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive adoption of new technologies.

- Create and deliver training programs and communications to support change initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.

- Provide hands-on support during the implementation phase of technology changes.

- Prepare regular reports and updates for project leaders and stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment with company policies and industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technology Change Manager should have:

- Previous experience in managing technology-driven change initiatives.

- A strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a retail or similar environment.

- Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering presentations.

- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

- Relevant qualifications in technology, business, or a related field.
