**About the Role**:

- Lead a team of passionate individuals across multiple outlets, including a signature restaurant, bar, and room service.
- Ensure the highest standards of service and operations in alignment with the brand.
- Contribute to the unique experience for guests and locals alike by maintaining a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and uphold service excellence.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage shift operations and staff allocation to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor payroll and operational efficiencies to maintain budgetary targets.
- Maintain stock control and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Handle guest complaints effectively, resolving issues promptly and professionally to enhance guest experience.
- Participate in all restaurant, bar, and room service operations, leading by example to uphold service standards.
- Motivate staff and maintain a positive work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role with proven leadership skills and a focus on service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- RSA certification required.
- Legal right to work in Australia.
