The business operates through two divisions Innovations and TVSN and is supported by centralised Finance, Technology, People and Culture. Both divisions offer a broad range of merchandise across apparel, jewellery, homewares, craft, bed linen, electronics, books, entertainment and pets. Products are sourced through well-established international and local supply chains.

**THE ROLE**:
A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Project Lead to join our team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. To be successful in this role you will need to be supper organised, passionate about innovation with a focus on improvement initiatives and transformation work involved with internal projects and change management.

**SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Supporting the Chief Transformation Officer on internal confidential projects
- Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives inclusive of new services and transformation work on existing services as required
- Proactively seek opportunities for process efficiencies
- Manage stakeholder relationships and establish strong communication channels to deliver projects with clarity for internal & external stakeholders
- Track and report performance of projects

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- You are a leader and expert in continually driving process improvement initiatives to promote efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years Project Management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment
- Strong ability to manage internal and external stakeholders of varying tenure and experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute all aspects of a project
- Ability to work autonomously, efficiently and with initiative
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Highly attentive to detail
