About the role

Based in Scoresby, Victoria, reporting to our Head of Marketing and with one direct report, this role is full time conducted on site 5 days a per week.

This is not your average marketing gig As Marketing Manager – Medicinal, you'll be the driving force behind Deep Heat—our flagship brand—and a portfolio of exciting new products. You'll shape strategy, inspire teams, and create campaigns that get noticed.

What You'll Do

  • Own Deep Heat: Lead the brand strategy, campaigns, and growth for Australia's most iconic heat therapy brand.
  • Launch New Products: Spearhead innovative product development and go-to-market plans for the next generation of healthcare solutions.
  • Drive Results: Deliver creative campaigns, digital strategies, and brand activations that build awareness and drive sales.
  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team, collaborate across functions, and foster a culture of excellence and learning.
  • Champion Insights: Use data and market trends to predict what's next and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Shape the Future: Influence pricing, product positioning, and process improvements to maximize impact.
