**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team at AMA Collision Moorabbin

This is a permanent full-time role and you will be provided with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.

In this role, no two days are the same You will be assisting and supporting our wider team and manager onsite with administration and parts support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.

**Role responsibilities**
- Provide ad-hoc administration support to our corporate services team where needed
- Collect, sort and deliver a small volume of mail
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

**Does this sound like you?**
- 1+ Year experience in a similar role or experience within the Collision repair industry
- Intermediate administration experience
- Excellent communicator, well presented and articulate
- Strong customer focus
