Redleaf Manor Aged Care are actively seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join their team on a permanent part-time basis.

With no two days the same, duties will expand across multiple functions of the home including:

- Roster management and employee compliance
- Reception
- Resident admission enquiries
- Record management and compliance in line with Allity policies and ACQSC standards
- General administration including supplier management, and ad hoc support to the General Manager

This is a part time opportunity offering 45 hours across a 6 day fortnight.

**About You**

The successful applicant must demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in Business Administration and Customer
- Aged care or health care industry experience (preferable)
- Experience with rostering processes desirable
- Intermediate technological skills with the ability to use various systems including quality management systems, internal database and Kronos payroll system
- Strong organisational skills & ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Immunisation Record - COVID mandatory
