
Quality Assurance Lead

We're looking for a talented **QA Professional **to join our team in a part-time role within our kitchen and butchery operations at our Cambridge site. You will work as part of a small team to ensure production and quality processes, equipment, and the working environment are all conducive to producing high quality product within a fully Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) compliant environment.
You will enjoy a fast-paced role focusing on the highest standards of quality and hygiene, ensuring the production of consistently high quality meat, smallgoods and prepared foods within a well-equipped manufacturing facility.
- You will need:_
- A love of working with food and people (both colleagues and customers)
- Recent, relevant Quality Assurance and food safety experience (essential)
- A high level of proficiency in written and verbal English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Food Safety qualifications (essential)
- Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
- Energy, initiative and willingness to take direction.
- The ability to follow company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.
- Ongoing daytime availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend. Your standard roster will be agreed based on your availability and our operational requirements, with flexibility to suit your needs.
- Physical fitness for lifting and standing.

This role is part-time, two days a week (around 0.4 FTE) within the Monday - Friday span. Some out-of-hours or weekend work may occasionally be required. The FTE salary range for this role is $64,500 - $65,500.
