**About the Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join our Operations team in Melbourne. In this role you will be required to assist in all aspects of bordereaux reporting operational duties and queries, to ensure compliance and delivery of accurate and timely reports.

In this role you would be responsible for;
- Managing and monitoring reports processed by offshore team
- Supporting report process to improve data quality, and timeliness/SLA of reporting.
- Responsible for ensuring stakeholders are managed effectivity and updated on progress, risks, and reporting issues as required.
- Triage, review, liaise and resolve reporting data that is relevant to the Bordeaux
