**You are**:
A talented, creative, hard-working Partner Success Manager (Account Manager) with 2-4 years of experience, preferably including account management or business development. You can effectively prioritise tasks and work within deadlines. You understand digital agencies and how they build and grow their business to service clients across verticals, the pain points they experience, and the tools they need. You are passionate about excellence, learning and your personal growth. You are also an excellent verbal and written communicator with a highly proficient level of English.
**As a Partner Success Manager, you will**:
Manage top agency partners (existing and newly onboarded) in ANZ & SEA
Create account plans and identify opportunities to help scale and drive growth, including strategic QBRs
Provide high level support and create opportunities for technical training through face to face meetings and calls
Be responsible for partner retention
Attend partner meetups and encourage their partners to engage in the Wix community
Advantageous experience
Experience working across SEA and across multiple cultures and languages
Experience with analytics and interpreting data to drive actions and results
Ability to create and deliver presentations both internal and external
