**Primary Responsibilities of a Full-Time Marketing and Administrative Assistant**:

- Developing and managing social media content and posts
- Answering phone calls and greeting walk-in clients
- Forwarding inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Preparing various forms and documents
- Maintaining both digital and physical filing systems
- Assisting with office management tasks
- Supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinating events and promotional activities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: From $45,905.60 per year
