Job Overview:
  • The role of a Junior Marketing and Office Support Specialist has been created for a driven and meticulous individual who can assist the business across an array of administrative functions.

This includes ad-hoc Personal Assistance to the Leadership Team, Reception duties, General Office Management, Sales and Marketing Assistance (Digital and Social Media specifically) to Event Coordination and Invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of digital and social marketing strategies, supported by the Head of Sales & external Marketing Agencies.
  • Coordinate internal team and corporate events.
  • Monitor reception desk, business phone & maintain the general office environment.
  • Provide reporting, invoicing and budgeting support to the Managing Director.
  • Offer ad hoc administrative and travel assistance to the leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications or prior working experience in a similar role or industry: Marketing, Communications, Property, Business Operations.
  • A creative mindset with proven skills in digital/social media marketing.
  • The ability to generate fresh ideas around team culture and events.
  • The skills to multi-task and adapt in a changing and growing business.
  • The initiative to problem solve independently and the confidence to ask for help when needed.
