**About the role**:
The position will contribute to campaign planning and execution, provide creative design support, manage our digital asset libraries, and help bring the Oakberry brand to life through content aligned with marketing and promotional objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and publish engaging visual content for a range of channels including social media platforms, website, newsletters, e-commerce platforms, and internal communications.
- Develop marketing materials to support brand campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions - including digital banners, signage, merchandise, packaging, jerseys, and in-store visual assets (e.g., posters, A-frames, menus).
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and external partners to coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns, ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Schedule, manage and optimise content distribution across relevant platforms, using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, and Adobe Creative~ Suite.
- Maintain and update Oakberry’s brand templates, presentations, and marketing collateral to support both corporate and franchisee needs.
- Provide creative support for sponsorship and event initiatives, including the design of visual communications, promotional packs, and signage.
- Organise and maintain the digital content library including images, templates, brand assets, and multimedia content.
- Conduct research into current content trends, audience behaviours, and competitor marketing activity to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Analyse digital marketing performance and engagement metrics to support strategy adjustments and improve campaign outcomes.
- Assist in developing and documenting content strategies, brand guidelines, and internal creative workflows.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- 2-3+ years of experience in a content creation, marketing, or digital media role, ideally within the retail, food & beverage, or lifestyle industry.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Advanced skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); experience with video editing tools is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing strategy, and social media best practices.
- Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress), social media scheduling platforms, and newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is highly regarded.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
