Workshop Supervisor

**About your new role**:
**Workshop Management**:

- Plan, implement, and coordinate workshop activities to meet client deadlines.
- Drive efficiencies, ensuring timely delivery of projects and resolving manufacturing difficulties.
- Liaise with Project Directors to ensure resource availability for timely project completion.
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations, including staff management, productivity initiatives, and quality control.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal units and supply partners.
- Assist in workshop administration, record-keeping, and reporting to Project Directors.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Maintain and build successful client relationships, attending project meetings and representing HE.
- Act as a liaison between HE team members and clients, ensuring effective communication of HSEQ issues.
- Review tenders, formulate scopes, provide quotes, and handle client warranties and quality concerns.

**People Management**:

- Mentor and guide teams, implementing management strategies aligned with project requirements.
- Conduct regular check-in meetings, support performance reviews, and engage in upskilling initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to provide timely feedback on employee performance and engagement.
- Identify and address workforce gaps, driving a learning culture within the organization.

**About you**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present in large and small groups.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in workshop management, including planning, coordination, and staff supervision.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
