Overview

Our Client have a career opening for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join the team.


Duties
  • Responsible for running a workshop with a small team of trades
  • Working with the Production Administration and Engineering teams to ensure production time frames and deadlines are met
  • Conduct regular Toolbox meetings to communicate planning and team direction
  • Equipment maintenance and replacement in collaboration with the asset management team
  • Responsible for ensuring all items are fabricated correctly and the QA process is adhered to
  • Prepare job packs for all fabrication department
  • Mentoring, training and supervising production staff

Skills & Experience
  • High level attention to detail, and a process driven mindset
  • Ability to read drawings
  • Driver's license
  • Forklift license
  • Metal fabrication/boiler maker or other relevant qualification
  • Commitment to safe work processes
  • Positive and can-do team player who is keen to develop their career
