This opportunity involves ensuing all online assets are up to date and campaigns are executed smoothly alongside project management and adapting to systematic changes. **High-level Remit**:
- Coordinate and execute promotional uploads and setup on digital platforms, aligning with the Omni Executive and Retail Marketing Executive.
- Ensure accurate and timely product uploads on the website and endless aisle app, including descriptions, attributes, images, videos, and colour references, through diligent quality assurance.
- Maintain and update digital content on selling platforms using a content management system, working with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct quality control checks on a daily basis to ensure the website meets optimal standards across different browsers, versions, and devices.
- Address and resolve customer service and distribution team queries, researching and resolving areas of concern.
- ** **Good understanding of CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Shopify, GA4, Pardot or Similar**:
