We're seeking a forward-thinking Practice Manager to drive capability growth, delivery excellence and commercial performance across our consulting division. This role will shape and lead a team delivering some of Australia's most progressive work in Data Vault, data warehouse automation, and AI-enabled data platforms.

You'll likely reside in one of Australia's capital cities, and work remotely or on/ with client sites as required.

Your Role

As Practice Manager, you will:

  • Lead and grow the Ignition consulting team, setting direction across delivery, presales, and strategic execution.
  • Build and scale Ignition Academy, driving structured capability uplift across Data Vault, Platform, AI, and Engagement domains.
  • Oversee delivery quality and utilisation across client engagements, acting as senior escalation and strategic delivery lead.
  • Partner with Sales and Product to shape go-to-market offerings and expand our addressable market across APAC, EU, and US.
  • Drive presales excellence by guiding solution development, pricing strategy, and client-facing positioning.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with cloud and AI ecosystem leaders (Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks).

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years in consulting, delivery, or practice leadership in data and analytics.
  • Strong commercial acumen: margin, utilisation, and pipeline management.
  • Proven capability development experience: recruitment, progression, and upskilling.
  • Deep understanding of modern data stacks (Azure, Snowflake, Databricks) and Data Vault 2.0.
  • Experience in presales and solution shaping across both advisory and technical scopes.
  • A proactive leadership style that drives results through influence, strategy, and empowerment.
