About the role
**As our Fellowship Exams Lead, you'll**:
Lead end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of Fellowship exams (AKT, KFP or CCE), ensuring quality, consistency, and risk management.
Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and cross-functional support across exam modalities.
Oversee scheduling, task allocation, budgets, vendor contracts, and strategic planning, aligning processes with RACGP policies and assessment best practice.
Skills & Experience
Proven leadership in high-stakes exam environments
Strong stakeholder, organisation and team management skills
Ability to drive innovation and process improvement
Developed communication skills (written and oral)
