Let's talk about the role and responsibilities - Manage complex works programs across matrixed organisations - Manage complex risks and issues across a complex program of work - Help establish persistent delivery teams; - Oversight of agile delivery based on the organisation's agile delivery approach - Work with delivery teams, business stakeholders and product owners to break down work if required - Help prioritise iterative incremental delivery of business value and manage any re-prioritisation if the program changes based on executive input - Support engineering managers and value stream leads to planning for work; - Provide resource and financial forecasts based on the delivery pipeline across the program Let's talk about your capability and experience: - Scrum Master certified and previous domain experience in Banking/Financial services - A Good understanding of technologies like Cloud -AWS/GCP, Insights and Data Analytics, ETL, Datawarehouse - Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects - Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones - Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects - Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives - Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company - Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the technical department - Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation Let's talk about what's in it for you Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
