We’re looking for a **Licensed Pest Control Technician** keen to help Sunshine Coast and Brisbane families solve their pest problems. You’ll work your magic primarily in the Sunshine Coast's northern suburbs region, or an area as negotiated.

Your natural ability to confidently communicate with a wide range of people will be second to none. You will have previous experience as a Licensed Pest Control Technician.

Your time mastery skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks is essential to this role as you are key to the timely, friendly delivery of services to our customers.  Imagine being able to support our clients to provide a service they regularly need and, be the expert that solves their pest problems.

Given the dynamic nature of this role, you’ll be flexible and responsible as well as able to work independently.

You’ll love to work to a daily and weekly schedule, knowing you have a variety of different jobs, primarily in the Sunshine Coasts Northern suburbs region depending on requirements.

Systems and scheduling tools will be fun to you, and you’ll love the sense of achievement when you reach your service targets.

You’ll love lists and tasks and being able to follow directions, yet still find ways to add value (no robots please), improve efficiencies and create ‘wow’ moments for our customers and the team you are part of.

You are happy working autonomously in a role as well as comfortable working cooperatively as part of an awesome team.

Your past employers were sad to lose you due to your high level of motivation, strong work ethic and punctuality.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a Pest Control Technician to join our family team. **Due to the high growth of the company, there is a chance for multiple roles for the right applicants.**

You’ll be already **experienced and licensed in pest management** including timber pest management. You’ll also have a clean driving record and full drivers’ licence, as a new work vehicle will be provided.

You’ll be responsible for timber pest inspections, residential and commercial general pest control as well as installation of termite management systems. A passion for creating solutions and providing excellent service will be critical to your success.

This role is diverse in nature so no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a team that is driven to do their best work with a smile. Collaboration and cooperation amongst the team ensures best practice, opportunities for learning and career advancement.

You’ll also enjoy a long weekend, every week, with our technicians working a 4 day week to ensure work life balance.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Pest control: 1 year (preferred)
