About the Role

Based at our state-of-the-art Maddington Training Facility, this full-time leadership position is a unique opportunity to shape the future of workforce capability within our organization. As the Manager of Training, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic training framework that supports operational excellence, compliance, and career development across all levels of the business.

You will lead a dedicated team of trainers and coordinators, ensuring programs are innovative, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about building a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing training team
• Oversee compliance, accreditation, and quality assurance for all training programs
• Introduce innovative learning technologies and blended delivery methods
• Partner with operational leaders to identify skills gaps and future workforce needs
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and ROI
• Define the future direction and development of the Maddington Training facility as an industry leader.

About You

• Proven experience in managing training programs within a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, compliance frameworks, and industry standards
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
