The Justice Officer (Business Support) role provides accurate and timely administrative and support services to regional locations and staff.
The role has a strong focus on service delivery to clients, internal and external stakeholders, and the public.
Administrative duties may include reception, financial, mail, basic correspondence, coordination, and minute taking for events and meetings, fleet and facility duties, maintenance of a range of electronic information and filing systems.
**Some of your duties may include**:
- Provide administrative support and client services relevant to the location.
- Provide reception and telephone responses for the location.
- Perform a range of financial duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash and banking.

This includes evidence of all doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).
**Acceptable evidence includes**:
- COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate (available via your myGov account)
- Your immunisation history statement (available via your myGov account)
Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
