This is a pivotal role based in our Haymarket office, where you will support our high performing Client Onboarding team. This role is vital to our customer journey and you will be responsible for booking meetings for our clients, organising travel for consultants, sort incoming calls and ensure they are transferred to the right person. We are fast-paced and have a high volume of clients who require the utmost care, attention, and respect. You will possess strong administration skills, with the ability to multitask along with attention to detail, the ability to follow processes and procedures and excellent coordination and communications skills. With a strong people first attitude, we strive for performance excellence and to be better through continuous improvement. We do this through our people.
