**Your key responsibilities

Assist the managers of the Client Services Team to achieve business objectives through the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes
Provide training and support to the Client Services Team in the use of the Q Transcripts and other business systems as required, with the inclusion of coaching and development for systems and legislation.
Act as the first point of escalation for the provision of advice and assistance to ensure ongoing development of performance capability and quality improvement within the Client Services Team.
Provide supervision and support to staff with the ordering and distribution of court transcripts, ensuring a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders, including judiciary, courts' users, and transcript providers.
Develop new and improve existing staff performance development documentation and materials
Assist in queue management activities in relation to customer facing operations.
Accurately enter and extract information from records systems and computerised databases to collate for reporting purposes and team development.
Ensure relevant legislation, policies and procedures applicable to the Client Services Team are followed to allow for the delivery of quality services to relevant clients and stakeholders.
Undertake other tasks as directed.
