**About the role**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Mable has grown significantly over the last few years and we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to help us on our growth journey.

**Who you will be working with**

Our People Team works closely with all parts of the business, we thrive on providing the best experience to current and future Mablers, finding solutions and sharing ideas. This role will be reporting to the Head of Talent and is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience at a rapidly growing scale-up.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to continually improve talent sourcing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and updates on talent sourcing metrics and progress to the recruiting team and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Talent Sourcer (6-12 months) or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or agency recruiting environment.
- Experience in talent sourcing techniques, including online searches, Boolean searches, social media recruiting, and other creative methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
