Position Title: Cleaner/Handyman

Location: Various locations around Melbourne and sometimes regional VIC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive a van to various locations to complete ad-hoc cleaning and handyman tasks as required.
- Complete general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
- Clean windows and other glass surfaces to a high standard.
- Maintain floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Mow grass and maintain gardens as required.
- Perform other facility maintenance tasks (that doesn't need a special license) as required.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within the designated timeframe.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while completing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Current driver's license.
- The right to work in Australia.
- A working with children check.
- A police check.
- Any other special licenses or qualifications would be preferable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Working Conditions:

- Work hours will vary depending on the workload.
- Work will be completed in various locations around Australia.
